Join Jeff “Big Frog” Curran and a host MMA superstars as he opens his new mega training center. Curran promises the facility to be one of the biggest and nicest in the country and plans to raise the bar on MMA training for the next evolution of the sport. “I have put my heart and soul into this gym, Crystal Lake is my home and this gym is the reality of all my work as a fighter, a coach, and a fan of this sport”, Curran stated.

Actually, a small typo. its ONLY 24,000 sf. So far, we have part-time class this past 2 days. its really hard to work while having my classes run, but we are doing it. be sure to stay tuned guys for pics of what all the hype is about. the grand opening is open for everyone to attend. Food, Drinks, Celeb fighters/trainers,hell even some door prizes. lol come have a beer on me!

Yeah the new gym is the $#!t. It’s not even finished and it blows any gym I’ve ever been to out of the water. Congrats Curran the place is gona be sick.
